  • SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PENGIRIMAN

    Dengan mencantumkan tanda tangan dan nama jelas di Housebill ini pada saat serah terima kiriman, bersangkutan adalah pemilik yang sah dan atau yang berhak atas dokumen ataupun paket yang dikirimkan melalui kirim.co.id untuk dikirimkan ke alamat yang telah ditentukan oleh pengirim serta mnyepakati dan menyetujui syarat dan peraturan sebagai berikut :


    1. Kirim.co.id berkewajiban untuk mengirimkan dokumen atau paket milik pengiriman apabila pengirim telah menyatakan isi paket serta alamat dengan benar dan membayar lunas semua biaya pengiriman (kecuali ada kesepakatan mengenai pembayaran)

    2. Dilarang mengirimkan dan atau memasukkan barang tersebut dibawah ini ke dalam paket kiriman

      1. Uang Tunai dan surat berharga (cek, giro, efek, obligasi, saham, sertifikat, tiket pesawat, B/L, L/C, credit card, BPKB asli atau sejenisnya)

      2. Surat warkat pos, kartu pos, buku nikah asli, paspor, ijasah asli dan dokumen tender.

      3. Barang barang perhiasan dan barang berharga lainnya.

      4. Barang barang yang mudah meledak, beracun, atau yang dapat merusak barang lainnya.

      5. Barang barang yang dapat menimbulkan bau secara tajam seperti durian, labi labi, cabai dan lainnya.

      6. Narkotika, ganja, minuman keras dan obat obatan terlarang lainnya.

      7. Barang cetakan, rekaman atau barang lainnya yang bertentangan dengan nilai kesusilaan dan dapat mengganggu stabilitas, keamanan dan ketertiban umum.

      8. Barang rekaman tertentu (pita, video, cakram optik, memory stick dan sejenisnya) untuk tujuan kiriman ke negara negara tertentu.

    3. Kirim.co.id tidak bertanggung jawab dan tidak memberikan penggantian atas hal hal sebagai berikut:

      1. Bila isi barang tidak sesuai dengan pengakuan isi barang

      2. Resiko teknik apapun yang terjadi selama pengiriman yang menyebabkan barang yang dikirim tidak berfungsi atau berubah fungsi, baik yang menyangkut mesin atau sejenisnya ataupun barang barang electronik lainnya seperti TV, radiotape, computer, handphone, tablet dan barang lain yang sejenis.

      3. Bila terjadi kesalahan teknis pelayanan pengiriman barang yang mengakibatkan kerugian non material.

      4. Kebocoran, kerusakan atau pembusukan akibat pengepakan yang dilakukan oleh pengirim untuk jenis jenis kiriman seperti barang cair, pecah belah, makanan dan lain lain.

      5. Kehilangan kesempatan memperoleh keuntungan akibat dari kerusakan, kehilangan dan keterlambatan penyerahan barang.

      6. Keterlambatan pengiriman ke kota tujuan dan kehilangan atau kerusakan karena keadaan memaksa (force majeur) yang tidak terbatas pada huru hara, bencana alam, perang, pembajakan dan kejadian kejadian sejenis.

      7. Semua penahanan dan penyitaan atau pemusnahan terhadap suatu jenis barang kiriman yang dilakukan oleh instansi pemerintah yang berwenang seperti Bea Cukai, Karantina,Kejaksaan dan instansi instansi lainnya baik dalam wilayah hukum Indonesia maupun negara tujuan.

    4. Bila terjadi ketidaksesuaian isi barang dengan pernyataan isi dokumen ataupun paket seperti yang tertulis pada Housebill Kirim.co.id,maka pengirim yang dikirimkan bertanggung jawab penuh jika isi barang bertentangan dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di wilayah hukum Indonesia atau negara tujuan. Dan Kirim.co.id tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh pengirim tersebut.

    5. Pengiriman dianggap telah diterima dalam kondisi baik dan sah secara hukum apabila penerima telah menandatangani tanda bukti pengiriman.Dengan demikian segala macam tuntutan yang dilakukan setelah penyerahan/ penandatanganan barang kiriman tidak lagi menjadi tanggung jawab kirim.co.id

    6. Kirim.co.id tanpa pemberitahuan dan persetujuan terlebih dahulu berhak untuk menentukan sarana transportasi dalam melaksanakan pengiriman. Pengirim terikat pada aturan dan ketentuan yang mengikat Kirim.co.id dengan pemilik sarana transportasi ataupun pihak yang melakukan kerja sama transportasi dengan Kirim.co.id

    7. Setiap pengirman dokumen/ paket yang hilang ataupun rusak total yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian Kirim.co.id, maka Kirim.co.id akan melakukan penggantian 10 kali biaya kirim atau maksimal Rp 1.000.000,-

    8. Untuk pengiriman internasional, jika paket rusak atau hilang, Kirim.co.id akan melakukan penggantian 1 kali biaya kirim atau maksimal USD 100 dan maksimal USD 20 untuk pengiriman dokumen.

    9. Semua tuntutan penggantian atas klaim yang diajukan, hanya akan dapat diselesaikan di kantor Kirim.co.id dengan melampirkan:

      1. Berita acara yang ditanda tangani oleh penerima, pengirim dan petugas Kirim.co.id yang bersangkutan.

      2. Dokumen dokumen pendukung seperti bukti tanda pengiriman (Housebill) asli, surat penutupan asuransi (jika diasuransikan), faktur kwitansi dari barang yang hilang atau rusak. Surat keterangan dari kepolisian, identitas diri (KTP/ SIM), daftar isi kiriman dan foto kerusakan barang (apabila barang rusak).

    10. Kirim.co.id hanya akan menerima klaim atas kerusakan barang 3 x 24 jam setelah barang diterima. Sedangkan untuk barang yang hilang Kirim.co.id hanya akan menerima klaim 1 bulan setelah tanggal pengiriman.

    11. Kirim.co.id tidak akan menerima tuntutan penggantian dalam bentuk apapun apabila pengiriman telah melewati jangka waktu 1 (satu) bulan setelah tanggal pengiriman.

    12. Perhitungan berat akan dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan, yaitu berdasarkan berat aktual dan berat volumetrik, dengan perhitungan (panjang x lebar x tinggi)cm/ 6,000. Kirim.co.id akan menggunakan hasil perhitungan terberat dari kedua pendekatan tersebut.
